Refund Policy.

• If you are not satisfied with products received from CanadaHomes4Sale.com we will refund the complete amount of purchase not including original shipping or return shipping.

       Note:  Request for refund on Property Listings must be made 24 hours from your

                 listing being posted.

• All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of original receipt of package.

• All products must be in the same condition as shipped (meaning unused) to qualify.

• Shipping and handling including original shipping is to be paid by customer. 

• All refunds will be paid by company check within ten (10) working days from the date the request is processed.

Shipping Policy

• NO shipping outside Canada unless special request is made prior to ordering any product.

• Shipping charge is to be paid by the customer unless other wise stated. (e.g. Free Shipping )

• Delivery is by Canada Postal Mail normally within 7 to 10 working days of the order.

• On special request, we may be able to expedite you order with faster delivery options.
